Workshop Design & Facilitation

I designed, facilitated and consolidated an interactive workshop with 35 of OSN's internal culture ambassadors to collectively shape the way forward for OSN's corporate culture.


A series of group and individual tasks were designed to help employees step outside of their usual day to day and collectively imagine the future of OSN’s culture, including defining key areas for the brand such as company purpose, values and behaviours.

Brand & Communication Strategy

I wrote the campaign communication strategy and brand story for Under Armour in Saudi Arabia that would help the brand connect with and empower women in the word of sports, at a time when public exercise had only just become legal for women in the Kingdom.

Strategic Roadmapping & Brand Planning

I defined and lead the development of a 3-year sustainability strategy for PepsiCo AMESA, including a detailed rollout plan for key markets.


The strategy was developed for the GCC region, but was later on adopted by other global markets as best practice in driving the business' sustainability agenda (before PepsiCo's global sustainability platform PEP+ was launched).

Persona Development & Experience Mapping

I have created detailed audience personas across a wide range of categories and brands, and have developed detailed empathy maps to give a highly comprehensive view into the headpace of a particular target group.


I have also developed detailed brand experience maps that show how the brand or organization performs at different points in the target audience's journey.


This includes mapping internal and external stakeholder experiences; such as the employee experience within a company, or a customer's experience with a brand.

About Me

My name is Ashleigh Naudé, and I am a multi-faceted, big-picture problem solver with 15 years of experience across Brand, Business and Communication Strategy.

I have become multi-skilled as I have progressed through my career, working across multiple industries and taking on several different roles at different points in time.


This has made me highly adaptable and able to fit comfortably into any space requiring analytical thinking and creative problem solving.


I have been a Strategist, Project Manager, Client Services Director, Agency Operations Manager, Financial Reporter, Copywriter, UX Designer and even Party Planner!


My core role has always been rooted in Strategy, but I have become a diverse T-shaped individual skills wise and truly believe that variety is the spice of life.
